Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best regards, and informs you that it has received the letter of the Union of Saudi Chambers No. (45101752) dated (4/18/1445 AH), in which reference is made to the email received from the Ministry of Commerce on (10/30/2023 AD) which includes the telegram of the circular of His Excellency the President of the Royal Court No. (26745) dated (11/4/1445 AH), in which reference is made to the telegram of His Excellency the Minister of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance No. (44597828) dated (10/8/1444 AH), regarding some parties announcing advocacy activities without referring to the Ministry, in which he referred To the letter of the Council of Ministers’ Committee of Experts No. (7667) dated (11/8/1444 AH), which includes the following recommendations (First) Confirming what was stipulated by Royal Order No. (A/3) dated (1/20/1414 AH), that the Ministry of Social Affairs Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance is everything that has anything to do with Islamic affairs, guidance and calling to God, and what was stipulated in the generous directive communicated in my telegram No. (69545) and dated (12/1/1442 AH), is that all government agencies and public institutions must coordinate with the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance if anyone desires. (Second) All government agencies and public institutions must adhere to what is issued by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance regarding the establishment of programs related to advocacy and guidance when those bodies wish to establish those programs (Third) that the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance monitors any violations - according to its capabilities - issued by any governmental entity or public institution with regard to establishing programs related to advocacy and guidance, or the failure of that entity to comply with what is issued by the Ministry with regard to those programs, and coordination With the authority to remove the violation, and as stated in the minutes of the Council of Political and Security Affairs issued No. (3665) dated (27/3/1445 AH), which includes the Council’s opinion approving what the Council’s Standing Committee saw in approving the aforementioned recommendations, and that the Ministry of Interior and the Presidency of State Security shall undertake Follow up on the implementation of this in coordination with the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance, and raise any violations by a government agency.
